Due to the popularity of our products, the shipping process takes between 8-15 business days, which depends on your receiving address. Once we get your order and commence shipping, you are not allowed to cancel the order. Just sit tight and wait, it will be worth it in the end. If there are any problems during shipping, we’ll do our best to help you sort it out.

For shipping, we required up to 4 weeks for delivery orders before they are listed as missing. After 8 weeks, you can request for a refund or a resend.

We have a 30 day return policy. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and intact (the same condition that you received it). It must also be in the original packaging.
Special and custom orders cannot be returned due to the expense involved in getting them made and their limited value for resale. Suspension length is customizable for many of our light fixtures but a customized suspension length does not void eligibility for refund. The no return policy applies to light fixtures that are produced to custom specifications that go beyond customized suspension length.
To initiate a return please contact us through our contact page on this website, send an email to info@lightingside.com. Requesting a return and refund requires your agreement to our return policy. Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, if there is any manufacturer defect, you may return for a 100% refund. (NOTE: If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify.) If there is no manufacturer defect and you simply changed your mind or want a different size, you still can return it. You will be responsible for both shipping cost. You need to pay for the shipping to ship it back to us and make sure the product is sealed in its original package and in a resalable condition. Once we receive the product and verify that the product is in new/unused condition, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost for us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Kindly note:
1. We offer free 30-day returns for quality problems
2. If there are no quality problems, we need you to pay for the logistics costs and the cost of the product in storage.
3. Any damage to the product after receipt will be replaced free of charge
We do not support free returns or exchanges in the following cases
1.More than 30 natural days after receiving the product
2.Not caused by product quality issues
3.The product has been installed or used
4.Products and their packaging not in original condition
5.The bulb is a free gift from us and is not included in the free return service
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.
We do not reimburse cost to install or other contingent cost incurred by the customer regarding any products we sell under any circumstance. The maximum refund is the full amount of the initial purchase.
Cancellation of orders
We understand that for some reason you want to cancel or modify your order, we can help you cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being initiated, but you cannot cancel if the goods have already been delivered to logistics. If you do not like the goods, you can initiate a return request once you have received them and cover shipping and storage costs. If you cancel after 24 hours, cancellation fee and material costs will apply. If the order is ready for shipment and you wish to cancel,you will need to pay for all material costs; please contact the customer service for specific amounts.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges as such. If you would like to exchange an item, return it and place a new order.
Damaged or defective items
If you received an item that is damaged, please accept the package regardless of condition. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received an item that is damaged or defective use the contact page to tell us about it immediately. Photographic evidence is required for replacement of any parts or the whole order, as applicable. Due to time restriction on insurance claims for damage incurred during shipment, such damage must be reported within 5 days to qualify for replacement.
Shipping
We will provide you with a shipping label once the return is authorized using DHL, Fedex or UPS. It is the customer's responsibility to get the package to the respective carrier. Do not return to sender under any circumstances. The package must be returned using the label we provide to qualify for refund.

1. Are your products the same as the famous brands?
We just use the same materials, colors, sizes, and production process. We have our own factory to produce and manufacture these lamps.
2. Why are your prices so cheap?
We closed all our offline stores in 2020 to focus on online sales. All our costs have been reduced. Our products come from our own factories.
Therefore, we keep our prices reasonable while giving our customers the highest standard of product quality.
3. After I receive the lamp, can I return it if I don't like it?
We support a refund after you receive the product, but you need to ship it to our designated shipping address at your own expense, and we will start refunding after we receive the product
After checking that there is no problem, we will start refunding. Our refund will deduct our shipping cost and refund the principal amount of the product.
In order to ensure your interest and reduce the loss, we have a good plan as follows.
We will take pictures and video before shipping, and we will ship it to you after you are sure you like it, but you need to make a note or contact customer service support when you place your order to explain the situation.
4. Do you replace parts damaged during shipping free of charge?
Yes, we will give you free replacement parts if there is a defect in shipping or manufacturing. But you need to provide some photos and videos to prove the product is faulty.
5. What should I do if there is a problem during the installation?
We recommend checking if the parts of the luminaire are complete one week before the installation in advance.
Our fixtures are very easy to install and can be installed by an average electrician.
If there are some unsolvable problems during the installation process, you can contact customer service support for help. Note that violent operation is prohibited. Unless there is a very good solution.
6. Can I get a full refund because of quality issues?
We support full refunds due to quality issues. (Pictures are required as evidence)

2). If you don't like it anymore, we'll give you a full refund.
7. How long does it take to receive my product?
We follow up on the package size of the product to choose the shipping method.
Package size under 40" is usually shipped by the courier company, and the delivery time is 9-14 days
Package size over 40" is generally shipped by ocean freight, with a delivery time of 23-29 days.
In the case of special products, our customer service will contact you to determine the time.
8. How long does it take to get shipping information?
Generally, the product will be handed over to the logistics provider after it is processed. It is greater than 1-3 days to get the logistics information after the products are handed over to the logistics provider.
9. Are bronze and black the same color?
Bronze and black are not the same color. If you need pure black. You need to confirm with our customer service. Because the production process is different.
10. I have a high ceiling? Can I customize the length of the rods or the length of the cord?
If the height of the ceiling is very high, you need to confirm the length of the rods, cord, and chain with our customer service.
